Anti-Spam Policy
For several years now the Allforart.com domain name has been fraudulently utilized as the apparent source and origination point of spam, promoting products and services totally unrelated to our business or mission. Allforart has not and never will be engaged in spam; we subscribe to honest and ethical marketing principles, have studied all the best practices and will only be mailing according to the guidelines laid down by anti-spam organizations and other properly constituted authorities.
Allforart is not the only company that is suffering from this misuse of their trademarks and assets as is explained in a PC World article by Andrew Brandt (Privacy Watch: Why Your Friends Believe You’re Selling Viagra).
We take the abuse of the Allforart name very seriously and make this firm commitment to anybody who provides us with information leading to the apprehension of those spammers who are using the Allforart.com domain name as the apparent source of their fraudulent activities: Anybody who provides information that leads to the successful prosecution of these miscreants and criminals will receive a reward.
Please note that if you have received spam that is apparently from Allforart.com you can help us apprehend these criminals by sending the original email with headers intact to fraud@allforart.com and to abuse@earthlink.net.
We abhor the fact that these rather unintelligent and short-sighted criminals are subjecting the internet and many decent honest people to this abuse. Please provide full and relevant information.
Please note that while Allforart is not currently engaged in any mailing campaigns at this time, all our mailings will be based on legitimate subscriptions received from individuals who have signed up and been confirmed as subscribers.
