Spammers Spoofing Allforart in what amounts to Fraud are put on notice

Although Allforart Limited has never launched a single email campaign to date, spammers are already spoofing Allforart’s email addresses and using them to send out SPAM in violation of domestic and international anti-spam laws.
Since the early years of the 21st Century, spammers have been using Allforart’s email addresses. NDK Creative Artist, who founded Allforart, took action in those early days to warn the California State Attorney General’s Office and others that this fraudulent activity had occurred. At that time, NDK offered the solution for spam to many in authority. To date it has not been taken up. Allforart subscribes to the tenets of principled profit and has not, and never will, engage in illegal advertising campaigns.
“We are not going to permit the spammers to get away with this. Their day in court is coming and then we will invoke the appropriate laws and penalties and go after all those who have used the services of these spammers to commit fraud and the spammers themselves,” said a spokesman for Allforart.
We have the evidence. Allforart has always notified ISPs and others who need to know of any spoofing or fraudulent use of its mailing addresses. Anybody who has any information that will lead to successful apprehension and prosecution of these criminals is encouraged to contact Allforart’s Legal Department.
