What a journey it has been to put this together. The Free Articulator was conceived quite literally years ago, and it has gone through a tremendous amount of consideration, thought and work from so many great and good people all of whom contributed to its present form in one way or another. It’s a great pleasure for me to finally see it launch, for I have worked very hard to understand the publishing medium, which with the advent and rise of blogging has changed significantly. Thanks to Joel Falconer, the Free Articulator’s Editor-in-Chief we have finally come of age and are launching today proclaiming our Creative Independence and our commitment to help artists become Creative Artists, about which, you’ll read more in subsequent publications.

The Free Articulator is not just about the art & entertainment industry, it’s about ideas that are potentially important for our culture and the future of humanity. It’s about gathering those ideas and making them available for creative people to consider and work with imaginatively, creatively, powerfully articulating them in stories, poetry, song and through any of the visual arts.

The launch of the Free Articulator is just one part of a much larger endeavor, which through the Free Articulator will be revealed. I do hope you’ll stick with us through future issues, the launch and distribution of new works from some very powerful Creative Artists whose ideas and values reflect those of the 21st Century that we all hoped would come into being when 1 January 2000 turned over. It’s seven years later, and the world has changed so much. To all those who have contributed to the development of the Free Articulator tangibly and intangibly thank you. We’re here now. A little differently than planned and anticipated, but the other things will follow. It’s time now, we must move forward and we’re as ready as we will be. In the words of Steve Pavlina, “Ready, fire, aim!”

Cheers!
