Allforart.com and the Free Articulator will endeavor to provide answers to reasonable requests for information that are focused on the works and methods of artists represented on this web site.

The practice of stripping e-mail addresses from this site and selling or otherwise making them available to third parties without permission is strictly forbidden. All spam to the represented artists, Allforart.com’s personnel, The Free Articulator’s personnel, and any other entity that is part of the Allforart.com community is recorded and stored for future action with Allforart.com’s Legal Department. However, tabulated answers to survey questions, not the completed surveys or answers themselves may be provided to organizations with which the represented artists are associated. This shall only be when and where this information is of assistance to promoting and marketing the artists and their creative products so that you and others like you can obtain and enjoy them. Nothing that would personally identify our subscribers and/or readers is involved in the transfer of survey information.

Information shall be provided to properly constituted legal authorities in the case that such organizations make legitimate requests based on evidence of violations of criminal and civil law including the violation of these Terms Of Use.

5. What choices are available to you regarding collection, use, and distribution of the information?
At any time you can ask Allforart.com what information we have regarding you, and you can request to review this information. We do not distribute personally identifiable contact information. At any time you can request to be removed from the database and we will do so. In order to obtain this information or gain our compliance you must establish your bona fides with Allforart.com before any information will be given up or altered in any way.

6. What kind of security procedures that are in place to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of information under Allforart.com’s control?
All reasonable efforts have been made to secure the data. In the interests of maintaining that security we will not be describing this in any detail, for obvious reasons. Theft of this information may result in the instigation of civil and criminal proceedings against any offenders and the outcome determined in the appropriate court of jurisdiction.

7. How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information?
Upon receiving your written request to review the information, we will send it to you so that you may review it. If there is anything incorrect in what we have sent you, you may advise us of the corrections we should make. You can always change your subscription details by accessing the forms provided on the Allforart.com site. Please refer to Questions (4) and (5) above for further information.

BANDWIDTH THEFT
Bandwidth theft is the practice of remote-linking to a file on someone else’s server and putting its address coding in your own HTML document instead of using your own web site address. This can increase the costs or charges to the original source of the file. Allforart.com and the Freearticulator.com strictly forbid bandwidth theft and any instances of bandwidth theft will be dealt with immediately upon discovery. If we discover that someone is committing bandwidth theft we will immediately notify their ISP and Web Hosting Service provider; this may result in the bandwidth thieves’ own web site(s) being shut down and the bandwidth thief being banned from service by their web host provider and ISP. Steps will be taken to recoup any excess charges upon anybody committing bandwidth theft and passing charges along to Allforart.com and/or Freearticulator.com including but not limited to civil suit.

Allforart.com’s webmaster regularly checks daily for links to the site and all links are checked for legitimacy.

Note that Allforart.com, the Freearticulator.com, the represented Creative Artists and Content Contributors do make some artwork available for free non-commercial use on personal web sites and an individuals personal computer and this privilege is permitted providing all copyright notices remain intact.

Allforart.com and the Freearticulator.com disclaim any responsibility for the claims of any sites listed here and any consequences arising from their use. The site visitor uses any of the information herein at their own risk and specifically absolves Allforart.com, the Freearticulator.com and any of the artists represented on this web site from any claim.
